ニセコグリーンファームは羊蹄山の麓に設立された新しい農場で、1年中収穫できるシステムを構築し、冬期はビニールハウス内で有機水耕法で栽培をしたり、植物油やドライフルーツなどを生産したりしています。

Niseko Green Farm is a new farm set at the base of Mt. Yotei. We are setting up a system to produce food year round, continuing to grow indoors during winter with organic hydroponics, as well as making oils and dried food.

私達は生物多様性の重要性を認識し、可能な限り開放受粉品種を栽培しています。ニセコグリーンファームでは幅広い品種の野菜を紹介したり、自ら種子を保存し栽培する方法をもっと世の中に広めたいと考えています。

We believe in the importance of bio-diversity, and use open-pollinated varieties where possible. Niseko Green Farm is hoping to introduce people to the wide range of vegetable varieties available, and the ability to save and grow your own seeds.

3年以内に100％有機栽培達成を目標に、自然エネルギーと不純物のないきれいな湧水を使用して、おいしくて健康的な作物を生産しています。

We are working towards being 100% organic within 3 years, and are combining the use of natural energy with crystal clear spring water to create great tasting and healthy produce.
