Niseko Green Fram is selling organic veggies and hopefully some bbq-ed corn soon when the rains stop.
Come by for some Autumn goodness or a glass of organic wine.

: The ultimate summer vegetable.

: Ufo, pattipan squash, scallopini, this summer squash has many names and it usually raises some eyebrows. Tastes almost like a zucchini and can be used in the same way. Great for stuffing and roasted whole.

: This wonderful vegetable gets the most questions asked. Part of the cabbage family it can be used fresh and cooked in the same way as a daikon or turnips. The taste is more cabbage like, but it is crisp like an apple. Kohlrabi is gaining a lot of popularity recently.

: Cut in half this Chinese cabbage looks even better.

: Fresh garlic, recently unearthed.

: Asahikawa cherries, the ultimate market snack.

: Must be one of the most loved vegetables out there, best eaten organic.

We had some beautiful summer days at the marche at Hokkaido jingu. Amazing how many people show up at 6 am in the morning for a stroll and a stretch. Driving back and forth is definitely not good for my rest, but it is a nice place to be and to sell organic veggies.
With some great light coming in through the trees in the early morning it is perfect for taking some veggie shots. Here are some of them.

Last farmers market of the season. At Sapporo station for one more day, this Thursday ( 7th). Sapporo marche has found a good spot right in front of Sapporo Station, south exit. Hopefully this will continue next year as well.

Autumn Festa is going on again in Sapporo. Niseko Green Farm is selling organic vegggies at 7 chome together with the Hokkaido life department.

We will be there until Monday. Next week Saturday will be another sales sales day at The life stock. If you have any requests, we will bring them along. Just let us know.

: The people from sungreen have build a new building and designated space for a farmers market in the front side of the building. Located in Kutchan on route 5, opposite of Napori Pachinko and local lunch favourite Chinese diner Xie Xie.

: The pre-open on the 20th. Official opening on the 29th. Open everyday from 10.00-17.00. Niseko Green Farm produce will be side by side with other Kutchan delicacies. Give the conglomerates a miss and support local businesses!
