Don’t panic, go organic!
Sign up to Niseko Green Farm and bring the farm to your home.
For ¥2500 you get a box with seasonal vegetables and herbs directly from Hokkaido to your home.
We will start sometime in June, when the snow is gone and our asparagus will come up. Then from July onward, there will be a steady supply of different organics.
We grow lots of heirloom vegetables and it will be great for you to taste the difference in vegetables that have the same name, but look completely different. We will try to add recipes to these, maybe, new varieties as well, so you can start cooking right out of the box.

- The people from sungreen have build a new building and designated space for a farmers market in the front side of the building. Located in Kutchan on route 5, opposite of Napori Pachinko and local lunch favourite Chinese diner Xie Xie.

- The pre-open on the 20th. Official opening on the 29th. Open everyday from 10.00-17.00. Niseko Green Farm produce will be side by side with other Kutchan delicacies. Give the conglomerates a miss and support local businesses!

Cooking class.

- Iwamatsu san uses Niseko Green Farm produce for his cooking class in L-Plaza in Sapporo. Hokkaido Life Department organizes regular cooking classes with farm fresh produce. More information on their website. www.hokkaidolife-d.com.

Bi-coloured.
From today the veggie stand will be in front of J-Sekka again and filled with fresh organic produce straight of the land. These bi-couloured zucchini's will available too. It looks like they are dipped in some green paint, but it is the way they grow.

School trip at NGF!
Today Okayama Prefecture’s Ihara High School visited NGF for an Eco-farming day.
