Nowadays eggplants come in many different shapes and colours. Personally i love this Idian style brinjal with the pretty white streaks on deep purple and the big green calixes. Just a striking appearance and vey tasty also.</p></div>

Unsurpassed in flavour and crispness and not to mention appearance. Just when it flowers it becomes a bit more elitairian. Since it is the most widely grown crop in the world now and almost all processed foods contain some traces of corn, you can say humans have become grazers as well as we munch on corn day in day out.  Niseko Green Farm will have the über sweet Mirai corn available this year both organically  and chemically grown. Give them both a try for a comparisson test.</p></div>

Niseko Green Farm has got 3 potato varieties this year. The most popular Danshaku, the tasty Kita Akari and the healthy and increasingly more popular local Toya. New spuds will be available from late September, October. Until then we keep some in our fridge. </p></div>
