Together with EN-Dining, Niseko Green Farm organized a great experience for our Hong Kong and Taiwanese guests. Our organic vegetables were hand picked and even the potatoes dug up and instantly and professionally cooked up by chefs Naoki and Jerrod.
A cooking class in Japanese cuisine and food right of the land. Fresher than fresh.
Our Mirai corn and Hokkaido scallops were by far the favourites of the bbq.

Corn is just some kind of grass and when it grows actually just looks like it too. Just when it flowers it becomes a bit more elitairian. Since it is the most widely grown crop in the world now and almost all processed foods contain some traces of corn, you can say humans have become grazers as well as we munch on corn day in day out. Niseko Green Farm will have the über sweet Mirai corn available this year both organically and chemically grown. Give them both a try for a comparisson test.

The corn harvest for this season is finished, with our fresh ‘Mirai’ corn once again proving to be popular. Mirai is sweet enough to eat raw, and also delicious cooked.
Average size was slightly down on last season (cooler temperatures this summer), but the taste was great!
